  • Garlic supplement

    After reading about these 2 studies, I started to wonder how many of you use garlic as a supplement. Would also like to hear peoples opinions on these studies, since I dont have the expertise myself to see any potential flaws.

    I do, I also put it on (powder) put on most of what I eat

      I just naturally eat garlic in almost all my cooking. I usually add it just prior to serving. Every couple of days I often just down a half a clove also like it was a pill.
