    About to start my first blast of DC and just wanted to run my exercise selections by you guys and verify a couple things.

    I have a football bar (Swiss bar) that I like to use for pressing. I know flat benching is frowned upon. Would using the football bar be okay since I would be using a neutral grip?

    Here is what I was thinking.

    A1 - Incline barbell press
    Military press
    Football bar close grip bench
    Rack chins
    Snatch grip rack pulls

    B1 - EZ bar curls
    Pinwheels
    Calf raises
    Lying leg curls
    Squat

    A2 - Football bar bench
    Wide upright rows
    Skullcrushers
    Wide underhand pulldowns
    T-bar rows

    B2 - Football bar curls
    Reverse grip curls
    Leg Press calf raises
    RDLs
    Leg Press

    A3 - Decline bench
    Seated overhead press
    Reverse grip bench
    Chins
    Meadows rows

    B3 - DB curls
    Hammer curls
    Calf raises
    Seated leg curl
    Hack squat
