Lately I've been having some trouble with lack of appetite, to the point where I'm force feeding meals usually I could handle with no problem, and resorting to shakes a lot just to get daily macros in.
Obviously this is getting in the way of progress and considering my busy schedule my weight has fallen from 250 to 242 given that I'm not eating enough to maintain or gain.
I'm thinking about using the 20-30 mins of free time I have in the morning for very light cardio sessions, treadmil walking on a flat angle, everyday just for the sake of getting my metabolism up and in the hopes of feeling more hunger.
Does anyone think there's a problem with this ? Or better, anyone knows another way of getting hunger up ?
