  • DC during an AAS cruise??

About to come off this blast and cruise for a while on low dose test. Just wondered if doing DC 3 x a week might be a good way to train while cruising?

Been doing 5 x a week volume training on this blast.

    Thoughts welcome

I'm curious as to why you would want to change what you had been doing?

Need a change really, shock system and get re-motivated...

Why do you think its a bad idea? Someone who's natural can train DC style, im not coming off, just cruising for 8 weeks, so i will still have test in me????

I wouldn't try to train DC when you're strength/RECOVERY levels are gonna be dropping. But, that's just me.

In all honesty you are going into a cruise so you are still gonna have above average levels....just not super human. The idea of doing the.dc split and training 3Xs a week is a good one BUT if I was you I would just do str8 sets for the cruise. This isn't the gear section so I can't go into my opinions on this to much but cutting way back on volume when you either cruise or come off is the way to go.

              Peace.

Yeah, I would continue to do what you have been but maybe lower the volume and intensity for a bit. When you decide to blast again you could give DC a go and then coordinate your blasts and cruises together.

Just curious as to when your last break from training was??? If you have been training quite awhile with NO breaks, AND you are coming down to a low dose, I think maybe you should a) take a week or two off or b) cut your volume in half and just coast for a few weeks....if your gonna "cruise" for 8 weeks, you need to take some type of training break BEFORE you ramp back up and go balls to the wall again....you don't wanna be halfway thru your "cycle", feel beat to shit, and have to take a break then. That's counterproductive.....Look into DC when you're back full force, not when your recovery and resistance might possibly be impaired.....

Thank you for putting it in perspective.

Your right, i have been going balls to the wall 4x a week for the last 13 weeks.

Its so hard mentally to take a break, but i know it will do the world of good.

Ill go into my cruise next week, try not to go into gym, then start a lower volume training and just push hard but not to failure. Onbviously i dnt want to loose anything during the cruise tho.

Depending on how long you cruise...
My experience after 25-30 blasts or more.
I have always come back stronger after a blast. Everytime.
(Assuming that my diet was upheld, adequate sleep, etc.)
My cruises have lasted up to 2.5 weeks, complete gym removal.
                      Just my 2 cents.
