    Does anybody do any grip work outside of regular weightlifting? I have an Ivanko supergripper and am wondering about a strategy to use it to improve my grip strength overall.

      Right now I plan to do holds for a short period of time. Up to a minute and then change the springs if I go past that. It sends the mind in another time zone towards the end in trying to keep the grip tight.
