  • Cardio and diet questions

    Could someone please clarify this one detail to me: does dante recommend eating way above what you spend, but at the same time burning alot of those extra calories by cardio? And, is it only recommended that you don´t eat carbs at night, or is it also recommended not to eat fat with carbs?

    for cardio he recommends empty stomach first thing with bcaa's

        This is the thing....

        IT'S ALL INDIVIDUAL!

        If you gain fat quickly, well you are gonna need more cardio. You are going to have to watch your carbs, and watch your carb fat combos.

        The only thing "set in stone" in DC are:

        1. The intensity/strength levels required
        2. The split setups
        3. The log book
        4. Stretches
        5. Progression
        6. (Maybe) Ultra high protein intake

        Everything else is up to you to figure out what works for you. It's really that simple. If I missed anything on that list, a vet should chime in.

        Dante keeps it simple:

        Eat like you are 300lber, do cardio as if you were shredded to the bone.

        Simple.
