    i dont know if this will be a sticky and i am in no way trying to be a smart-ass so please do not bash me..

    i read in one of Skip's posts that it is not possible to re-post the stickies here because if one gets altered, then it will be too combursome to alter them here as well...

    and i agree..

    thats why i am making this thread with all the helpful stickies and posts which i think will be of help to newbies...

    i am not a DC'er....but i have worked hard at collecting info regarding DC and if i ever want to, i can easily shift to DC Training.....but i am gonna save it for later...

    i'm sorry if this thread pisses somebody off...i am only trying to help...

    Thank You. Relatively new to DC. Ran the training program and protocol for 12weeks (2 week cruise) and gained 18 pounds. Into my 5th week of current 12 week run and I'm starting to lose steam. Here reading and absorbing as much as I can and this format that you have with the stickies helps in processing the wealth of info on this site.

    Very helpful thread. Ive been reading up on DC training for a couple weeks now and still dont know if im ready. Ive been training for about 6 years. Ive gone from 6'2" 140 lbs outta highschool to 210 lbs right now. I think I still have a lot of reading to do on here before I attempt to start DC.
