    Thank You. Relatively new to DC. Ran the training program and protocol for 12weeks (2 week cruise) and gained 18 pounds. Into my 5th week of current 12 week run and I'm starting to lose steam. Here reading and absorbing as much as I can and this format that you have with the stickies helps in processing the wealth of info on this site.

    Very helpful thread. Ive been reading up on DC training for a couple weeks now and still dont know if im ready. Ive been training for about 6 years. Ive gone from 6'2" 140 lbs outta highschool to 210 lbs right now. I think I still have a lot of reading to do on here before I attempt to start DC.
