      Do we have to keep the flamethrowers on safe in here? Also, any way we can get the training related stickies stickied in here too?

        There is no flaming on this board in any forum.
        The problem with having multiple copies of the same stickies is that if an update is made to 1 the others may be overlooked. Anyone can still go to the main DoggPound to read the stickies at anytime.

            or maybe just a sticky that says where the stickies are.

            although, I would hope it doesn't need to be addressed...the stickies are easy to find for someone that wants to find them.

                            3rd Week of Blast

                            Hey, I'm in my 3rd week of my first blast of DC and wasn't sure if using progressive overload meant using the same exercises each week but increasing the weight or reps?

                            If so I'm making insane strength gains and am loving it but, I wasn't sure if during a single blast that the exercises should change at all.

                            Any tips and thoughts are appreciated. I am still learning so give any input that is seemingly helpful.

                              Keep the same exercises until you stall and then change the stalled exercise to a new one.
