    well today is supoposed to be workout A2: chest,shoulders,triceps,back thickness and back width. but my arms and forearms are still sore from the previous workout so i might go tomorow to train and probably start supplementing with glutamine.

    If your not taking glutamine, what are your other "staples" in your diet/supps?

      glutamine will certainly help with recovery.
      so will good foods, stretching, good multivitamins and minerals, and plenty of sleep

      each will help, but all will help even more!!

      i'm sure you know this, but saying it just in case

      there are lots of supplements and protocols that help too. it's a matter of finding out what works best in your situation.

        apart from DC stretches, fish oil and a clean healthy diet, i'm also consuming a whey protein shake. I generally sleep 6-8 hours depending on how my body feels that day. i also take naps which i feel help me a lot.

          I'd get some BCAA's, pending on how clean your diet is, maybe some MCT's to compliment the fish oil as well. check out this link http://www.intensemuscle.com/showthread.php?t=14113
