Cookie_Head, If I told you, I would have to kill you, lol, or should I say if I talk diet, DC would kill me, I really don't want to be 6' under right now.
I can say that I take in 650 grams of protein per day and 6000 to 7000 calories per day...Last edited by In-Human; 03-17-2004, 12:40 PM.

Junkyard Dog, Well actually I don't use Olive oil, I'm just a pig, period, I eat everything that gets in front of me, I try to keep a food log, but I still can't write everything down, my hand gets tired of writing. I do not count carbs, just protein and cals. I try to eat steak every day at least 20 oz at a time if not more, I will scarf down 40 chicken wings while watching tv. I would say that 200 grams of protein comes from DC's Whey Ion Powder and the rest is chicken, pork, hamburger, egg whites and steak.
It has become financial suicide, but I'm growing and that is what I want...

Here's me: about 6000kcal, 450-500 g protein / day
5:30AM: 1 liter of soda,
7AM: 125 g protein + 125g ultra fuel shake, bagel
10AM: protein bar
12 noon: AYCE buffet or jumbo burrito with double meat. Large soda(s)
3PM: XXL extreme wt. gainer
6:30PM: Healty sensations chicken noodles mix. 1 lb cottage cheese. Drink about 1/2 gal of milk
9PM: 125 g protein + 125g ultra fuel shake w/ 2 tblsp olive oil
Middle of night (usually twice): chug 10 gulps (a very precise scientific unit of measure) of milk.

homonunculus, That awsome Randy, I used to put away 1 gallon of milk ED too, but DC figured out that I had allergy to the stuff causing the worst heartburn in the middle of the night, so all milk products are gone from my daily food intake, it was a bummer at first since a gallon is a lot of cals and protein, but what the hell, now I can eat more solid food. I guess it was a good thing in the long run. The only dairy I touch now is when I cook up 1 lb of lean hamburger and add 6 oz non-fat cheese to it, that is a good snack...

Force feeding is a necessity w/ my diet! People are disgusted watching me eat! HEHE! here's a typical days food intake for me..
6:00 a.m. 2 scoops whey w/ 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 packets oatmeal
8:30- 8 oz lean ground beef, 1 cup rice w/ A1 sauce
11:00-Footlong chicken breast sub w/ everything but tomatoe
1:00-2 scoops whey in 16 oz. skim milk
3:00-1 pack of tuna creation herb and garlic on 2 slices wheat brea and a glass of milk
5:30-eat w/ family(if not a lot of protein I'll down a shake during dinner)
8:00-2 chicken breasts and a banana

I think Im getting fat just reading those "diets" and you might as well just put Goodyear on my arms/legs as I tend to put on more fat than wanted (necessary?) when eating like that. Is that one of the sacrifices in this game or is there a way to do it with quality over quantity, so to speak?

Theres a way I set my trainees diets up that I can turn them into muscle building fat burning blast furnaces. Im very good at getting them rapidly larger and keeping the same bodyfat and just a few tweaks can make them larger and lose bodyfat (but less muscle will be gained that way). It takes them about 3 weeks to get them used to everything and where I want them to be--and then on the dot every 2.5 hours they are starving......Im sorry I cant go into this in detail--its just that I save this info for my trainees--I give a huge bunch of info away but I save details for the people I train. DC, understandably so. You ant be GIVING the methods away. Im getting very curious, and eager to learn though!
My first run with GH netted me great gains in mass. Later I found out that my measurements were off, and I was taking next to no IU's of GH. The gains had come from attempting to eat 7500 cals/ day for 6 months. That was my first lesson in how important food comsumption was. from my past experiences, All the things you talk about make total sense.
