    Rest assured, DC, veryone is aware that there is only one of you and they broke the mold afterwards. Of course, it took 3 years, 114 guys working over 5400 man hours to dismantle it but they did get it done.

      I think Ive come up with a solution. Im going to get a basic sticky outline out to everyone on here and then stay off the boards as much as humanly possible. Ive gotten really really tired of arguing about things--it seems like Im having to defend my views daily, or Im arguing with someone daily on some message board and its really started to wear me out. I dont take message boards as life or death but when your in conflicts day in and day out about something that really is important to you (as all this is to me)-it takes its toll after awhile. My wife knows my big pet peeve is I hate arguing and I hate drama--I like a relaxing environment and kidding around. Ill do most of my work from emails (trainees) and I think that will make things more stress free. The big problem with me is if I see someone post about my opinions/methods that I feel is incorrect I find myself having to respond--its important to me that people dont get the wrong idea about my methods, so if i dont see it I wont respond to it and to do that I have to remove myself from that arena. If I do post it probably will be to joke around or if I do find I have some free time Ill post on some of these topics I hit on previously (and then Ill just leave them alone for people to rip apart--LOL)

      some of the topics ive been meaning to write about and Ill leave the little tiny short version in bold

      People who refuse to cruise (one way ticket to being unsuccessful in all this)

      ribcage expansion, lat spread manipulation and shoulder girdle manipulation (-this article is going to be a multichapter saga--it can be done--100% positive and no doubt about it-ive proved it to myself and others (trust me my shoulder width and lat spread were not anywhere near what they are now in the beginning--I do wish i never expanded my ribcage like I did though because it can throw off your lat spread and your shoulder to waist flare if your bottom ribs are much lower than your lat connections--(mine are) and I have a huge ribcage now)--and no im not going to write about all this until i have the time to do it so please dont keep asking

      water intake--dehydration=catabolism

      weight scales--this device screws up more peoples heads than anything in the bbing genre--want 2 tickets to bodybuilding failure? overanalyzing and getting on the weight scale every day (Fuck I lost a lb! Let me reformat my training and diet!)

      chest training 3 way split-(ill probaly never write about it as it will clusterfuck everyones thinking on the 2 way split)

      calf training for advanced DC trainees--(I let some of the brutes do a little lower rep range because i know they are doing it right (5 secs down, 15 at bottom) or Ill give them one rest pause during the set if and only if they get to the magic rep they need to get too)

      supplements that some people need to be doing (hdl/ldl, prolactin levels, fiber, antioxidants, immune system supps--jesus im stopping there before this turns into a 5000 word mini post)

      getting to starting point A (lean) so you then can be successful going to point B (huge and lean)----(why does almost every fat 175 to 220lb guy suddenly think their unhappiness/troubles are going to go away if they can gain 30lbs of muscle mass? great now your a fat 205-250lbs guy)

      sumo, rack, deadlifts (rep ranges)--dont think your traps are big enough? throw 2 of these in for your back thickness exercises (out of your three) and let me know what happened in 3-6 months--some people need to do a higher rep ranges then normal on these to not get to quick plateaus (12-15 and 7-10 instead of the normal recommended)--ok im shutting up on that

      the risks needed to take to succeed in this support--its rare but the possibility that you could injure yourself with a muscle tear/injury going after the goal of huge muscle size is there-its a risk associated (but not wanted) with using heavy weights-so if you want to stay the same size join the blue ball class or circuit train-or convince yourselves that "going for the pump" on isolation movements is key--hey that always works for the pro's that stay the same size for a decade but forgot how they got to pro size in the first place (heavy ass weights)

      daily fluctuations in energy expenditure and why I dont have you counting grams (outside of protein grams)---do you really think you burned the exact same number of calories last leg day when you helped your freind move and washed your car too as yesterday when you had the day off training and watched baseball on tv all day and took a nap?

      forearms-(looking at watch because im starting to ramble again)

      wasting time when you could of already been the bodybuilder you sought out to be
      -see overanalyzing and wasting years upon years in the gym--if you are the same size you were last year or worse 3-5 years ago--YEA IM TALKING TO YOU

        just an idea,couldnt you set up a mailing list,or a private forum,where we pay a fee and can recieve the articles you mentioned,that way at least those of us who are genuinley interested have the pleasure of viewing the articles and people who just want to rip it apart wont see it as they hopefully wouldnt be willing to pay just to argue/rip it apart.

                anything to get all the $hit thats floating around in DCs head. Everything that hes put out there so far that has gone against my method of thinking has turned out to work, so keep it comming.

                  I'd certainly be willing to pay. But I think you'd find the stuff being cut and pasted and end up all over anyway.

                    to help counteract it in some way,maybe have an agreement where we agree to have our ip logged and if we post the articles on another site they can match the ip and then be banned from recieveing future articles,if found to be distributing the articles.

                              IF DC doesn't want this info publicly accessible, probably the best way would be to have a public and private forum. You have to prove yourself in the public forum for "right of passage" into the private, and/or have someone vouch for you. The private forum is just "your word" that you're not going to cut and paste the stuff elsewhere. That way, DC could only monitor the private area where the posters are already stupidity-sensored.
