  • Exercises?

I have a few questions about what exercises you Doggcrapp guys do? I know pick your favorite 3 but what 3 are your favs? Especially shoulders-don't you have a hard time hitting all three heads ? and do you do any extra work for traps?

Thanks for the info bro. I am putting together my list. Is Dumbell chest not that easy to do with this? I have a hard time rest pausing with d-bells.

Rear delts and traps get worked during heavy back exercises. Anterior delts get plenty of work on chest exercises.
I don't pick favorite exercises. If I did I certainly wouldn't be squatting. I try to stick to compound movements and exercises that I feel tax the muscle to it's fullest. Most of the time these are exercises that I hate doing..

rugbythug, Dumbells can be very difficult to do rest/pauses with, if you have good spotter, then they will work.

Kane, I don't think any of these exercises are my favorites, they just pack the muscle on me, when I did chose my favorites, DC put me on his favorites, so now they are my favorites I guess...

Usually when rest pausing dumbells you start losing reps on every rest pause during the set just trying to get the dumbells in place---the remedy for it is to keep your rep range at 20 reps RP and that will take care of the problem somewhat.

The promotion of the training methods used by drug-assisted and genetically giften men wreaks havoc, despite these men being presented as demigods in the bodybuilding world. Sure they have inspired millions, but at the same time they have misled millions; and their "intruction" has robbed millions of people of the best training years of their lives.

Does he really need to explain himself to you???

There is some useful info here for those doing DC:
                      1. Exercise selection by IH; and
                      2. Dante's advise regarding the rep range for DB's.

                      Nice bump Sentinel
