    couldn't wait another week so i took some measurements.....

    arms up 3/4"

    forearms.1/4"

    chest 1.5"

    quads atleast 1/2"

    calfs..remarkable 1/2"

    don't know what else to say!!

        one of them is obviously joy!!!

        couldn't be helped, sitting here waiting to destroy the logbook in a couple hrs...

        have not had a cheat meal in 4 weeks either......

          awesome bro! My measurements have all went through the roof. Cutting in Mid January for a show in April which kinda sucks but i will see how far I truly have come!

              LOL, dam and your only doing straight sets. I would say to keep it that way because your obvously gaining at a good rate here. Once you hit a plateau or your gains slow down then introducing rest pause would be a good idea.

                good job ,I am starting the program today, I am just going to do a few warm ups and then 1 straight set to faliure(12-15reps) I can wait untill tonight
                some where between heaven and hell

                  well just got back from the gym

                  put 45lbs on smith incline.....LOL plus 40+ on all the others.......

                  maybe yr layoff was good
