  • Is DC for me...

ive been seeing more and more stuff about DC training and was wondering, would it work in my particualr situation, because ive heard many times that DC is more for advanced lifters.
I dont think im an advanced lifter, but in no way am I a beginner
im 16 right now, started to lift about 2 years ago, i was very fat, tipping the 28% bodyfat at 5 foot 11

My stats are 6 foot, 220 pounds at 16% bodyfat
    bench 280 one rep
full squat 250 for 10 reps
    deadlift 440 for one rep

my progress has very annoyingly slow for the last 2-3 months
So would DC work as well as any other (good too) program or would prove itself superior in my case?

Cold, this program is for more advanced lifters, but we can't stop you from doing what you want and we will always try to help out a fellow lifter.

With that said, I'd suggest you read up on it until you have a good grasp of what you are doing, I mean if you decide to give it a go.

Dedication is a big part of this program, as it should be with whatever program you undertake.

Eating six (or even 7) times a day, adding weight to each workout and not doing more than you're supposed to takes serious dedication.

I can respect the fact that you have some decent poundages but I can especially respect the fact that you do deads!

If you were to do this, just do it to the best of your ability but be carefull.

    good luck

ain't it the shit? Just wait til you guys/gals see some of the strength jumps lol..and the size you put on!
    Good luck

would it work? yes, IF it's done correctly. if you won't do it the way dante has it laid out, please don't try it because it will probably not be as effective.
