Well this is some years back Raul, Big C got domesticated with wife and 2 kids and stopped training but has a great life and is very happy

The worst part about that...is with those genes....he is probably still stronger then most of us on this board

Impressive weights! And not far behind Coleman on the seated dumbbell, if you consider the size difference. (Coleman did 11 reps straight with 140 in CoR, and a close 6 with 160)
