  • Chest & Back Revamp

    Ok, here is what's happened after 8 weeks on DC training. My chest has taken on a whole new look... it looks fuller and rounder. Those stretches work GREAT! As for my best bodypart--lats--they jut out even more now which sometimes can get annoying. I kid you not, walking along with your lats stuck into your triceps is something I had, but never to this extent! My t-shirts are so stretched now!!!

    Thanks for all the help guys--you know who you are--I appreciate it and can't wait to see what another 8-weeks of DC Training will bring? :flex:

    Way to go Lifter! Pretty soon when you turn your back the lights will go out.
    ain't it the shit? Just wait til you guys/gals see some of the strength jumps lol..and the size you put on!

      Thanks Jim. LOL I guess I'd better store up on torch batteries then?

      The best way I can explain it is... like a splinter under the skin and that tight irritating feeling. I know I'll get used to it, but for now I just try and ignore the stretched out spread! Man, who would have dreampt 8--short--weeks would have lead to THIS!!!

                      The network engineer where I work has ILS something terrible. He's about 180 with as much muscle as a 12 year old school girl. He will actually turn sideways to get through some doors instead of just lowering his arms.

                        LOL I remember ILS, a mate used to point it out to me, especially at the beach. You see, that is the weird thing, it "looks" like I am spreading my lats but I'm NOT! So thanks to Dante, I may look like a prima-dona when I am totally relaxed. Thanks DC.
