WOW, I recieved my creatine eythl ester ( spelling?) and that has to be thee most bitter tasting shit I have ever tried! Luckely I have a capper and have already capped up 50 capsules...my reccomendation to you is ...if you are going to buy some ...get it capped

i have to admit it as well, he is pretty fucking hardcore.

as for the CEE, i am pretty much used to the taste now. just mix it with about 2 oz of water, then let it sit for about 60 sec. until it goes into solution then chase it down with a glass of water or juice. and if you are like USmuscle2342r938429342398423984723984 chase it with a bottle of johnny walker red (warning only for the hardcore).
