  • quick questions....

    first off this is great.....

both workouts were exactly 44mins in duration, is this ok?

now, for the squats and deadlifts, those two sets, do i rest B4 the second one?
and is the widowmaker set of 20 directly after my last set or do i rest?

also, with the stretching, is that right after, or rest for a bit?

i know people take the creatine on workout days only,
how about the glutamine?? or just higher dose on training days?

    thanks alot

frig, just re read a print out.... id did smith squat, 1 set of 8, [email protected] then the 20....should of only done the 1 set of 6-8, correct?

44 minutes is a little short but if you are sure you were warmed up enough then that's fine.

yes just take your time, get your breath,... I sometimes rest up to 10 minutes.

    rest

right after, or at least soon after.

maybe a little higher dose on training days (post workout drink).

it's only In-human that does those 3 sets because he's got very good recovery ability,..... do one set of 4-8 and then the 20 repper unless your quads grow very well, then you might do one set of 8-12 and then one heawier 4-8 (I think).
each day is an opportunity to move you closer to your goals.

Correct, Egill is right, when doing Quads you do a heavy set of 8-12, a heavier set of 4-8, or you can do one of these two and add the 20 repper...

You may be fine now but the three sets will tax you way to much as you progress.

Yes you straight set Forearms for your working set...

don'w worry about soreness, do one heawy set of 4-8 rep first and then the 20 repper,...... if that doesn't get your legs growing then you are probably not eating enough, or overtraining, or you you just have horrible genetics, or you are a pussy, or all of the aforementioned, lol.
