    Just got back from my first DC workout. My whole body is pumped, but I can't picture myself being sore tomorrow...i'll have to see....and yea...i really really wanna throw up ...the workout kicked my ass :Punch:

    Congrats on your first DC workout. As far as soreness goes, I have more soreness now doing one work set per bodypart then when I used to do 9-15 sets per bodypart. Once you get completely accustomed to the program, you'll be experiencing some soreness, trust me. Now, keep setting those baseline numbers so you can blow 'em away.

        Whether you get soreness or not, it doesn't matter. All that matters is that you eat like you should and kick the logbooks ass!!
