    I am new to the DC method

    I am doing the M, T, TH, FR,.... short work out

    today is my leg day.

    i was wondering if i am supposed to follow the order i found listed in the work out

    calvs
    hams
    quads

    is there a reason for this order... i would normally work in the reverse of what is listed.

    follow the order as listed.

    after you kill your quads you wont be up for anything else (or at least you should not be)

    i am sure there will be others posting more info on this after me

      You should be toasted after quads so I would stick to that order and do quad last. Before DC I did it in the reverse order but now I'm dead after quads and just want to go home. One exception though is if you are doing stiff-leg deadlift then I would rather do hams last (i.e. calves,quads,hams).
      each day is an opportunity to move you closer to your goals.

        well i went with the listed order.... almost shat my pants on the 20 rep burn out.... literally. was ready to go home at that point.

          Yep....shitting your pants is usually a good indicator that it's time to go home.....or at least go to the restroom to change your undies
