  • Is training with DC worth it?

Hi everyone. This is my first post.

I discovered this forum about a week ago and I have been reading as much as I can about DC training during the past week. I am very intrigued by it and I actually contacted Dante because I saw that he lives very close to me. I asked him about training and he told me that it is 500 dollars for 2 months (assuming he accepts me). Well, I am only 21 years old and I go to school, thus 500 dollars is a lot for me, SO I wanted to find out from the people on this forum if anybody has trained with Dante if it is worth it. What kind of experiences did you have? If I train for two months with Dante, what kind of gains can I expect?

Thanks everyone, I appreciate your comments.

Hey bro, I think is worth more than $500 but that's just me.

I've learned so much working with DC that I almost kick myself for not finding him earlier. Its not just the training, but the fine tuning of diet, supps, and the training...you get the whole works. If you stick with his program...meaning do as he asks, you will grow...there is no doubt about that in my mind. I've made the most gains ever using his program.

Does DC have an email address besides the Cyber-rights one? I sent him an email earlier this week about training and have not heard back.

I am posting in this thread because it seems like the poster got a fast reply back from DC.
Life is what you make of it.

Jobed, it's absolutely worth it. I've been training with Dante for just over a year. I'm 34 years old and I figured at my age I really couldnt make dramatic gains anymore like you young bucks. Well, I've gained close to 50lbs, went from a medium to an XL or sometimes an XXL, my strength is through the roof and I'm getting 22 year old broads. Is it worth it? Oh hell yeah!

$500 is a lot of money for a young guy, that's true. But look at it this way. Over the next year you might spend a lot more than that on crappy supplements, magazines, books, whatever. If you are serious about bodybuilding you tend to spend money on anything that might build muscle. I know I did. You go with DC and everything will be laid out for you. Training, diet, supplements, everything. So you wont have to wonder if you're doing something wrong. You follow the program, you grow.

As far as how much you will gain in two months thats not really what its about. The first two months is a break in period. You learn new exercises, you learn how to eat, you will have some hits and misses in the gym as your body adapts. You may gain some weight during this period but I have no idea how much. Some people get an initial burst of size. For some it takes a little longer. The point is now you have the tools you need to keep progressing. So over the long run, if you LISTEN and you're hardcore, you will have fantastic gains. Trust me.

If I said to you "Give me $500 and I'll slap 20 pounds of muscle on your frame" how fast would you give me the money? People gain a lot more than 20lbs around here so you do the math.

          Welcome to the Dogg Pound.

DC is extremely busy. But he will get back to you, no doubt about it. Just hang in there.

              YES!!

At your young age you will be one of the very lucky ones for sure, to learn from the best!

Read the "OVERANALYZING" thread up top before you talk to Dante. It will give you a grasp of his concerns and it will help you in training under him.

Simple advice is, do as he tells you and don't question him unnecessarily.
              There's no need to.

I have talked via email and in person with quite a few people that were personally trained by Dante and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WAS 1000% HAPPY AND CONSIDERED IT MONEY WELL SPENT.

And this is coming from a personal trainer (me).

Nah-it doesn't work-we all hang on his every word and wait for any new info and spend time in the "pound" cuz we've nothing better to do!!!!!-in all seriousness no one can tell you what you'll gain-you get out what you put in-I got 40 lbs in about 6 months and I'm not nearly the biggest % gainer!!!

Biggest waste of money ever....you'd be better off sticking those five hundred dollar bills up your ass and setting fire to one end.....

Naah...seriously I told DC some time ago that he should charge $1000 to train people. For the massive amount of time he puts in with each individual client $500 is nothing.Total email contact twice a day (morning and night) for two months....I've been approached about doing some online training but honestly....for the money I don't feel like it's worth my time.....Dante is the coolest guy you're ever gonna come into contact with and IF you get the privilege of training with him and don't jump at the chance....well...it's your loss.....big time IMO
