New here though not to DC training.

I have been DC training for over a year now...though through a series of unfortunate events I am only just now equalling my PR s from last April ( I get too many migraines...loose appitite ...can't train ..loose weight )
Though I will try not to sound like I am bragging ( okay a little bit)
My squat ..narrow stance , no belt no raps ...405x20 ( gonna but a belt this week so I can start doing some 500+ sets)
Hack 6 plates perside for 10 :4 per side for 20
bench sucks ..not even worth mentioning
Weight up to 255 and ready to cruise for a few weeks..my weight had dropped to 235 or so ...started out hard on sept 1 and really shoved down the protien ...worked awsome ..though I still feel I need to injest more ...gonna do my damnest to get another 100grams in and get up to 265-270 by the 1st of Jan .
