  • Do any pro's use DC?

    I'm wondering if any pro bb's use doggcrap?

    If not, would they benefit from it since their all such genetic freaks anyway?

      PROS would benefit greatly as they are ADVANCED and would make good gains VS 90% of the "net" DC'ers.

        Would be interesting to see a comparison.

        a pro on his normal training vs on dc training.

        Guy's like ronnie and dennis james are as big as they can get with their own training styles already... or are they??

          I believe dc is working with another pro also. He told us about it a while back. Cant remember the name of the guy.

            Regardless of any pro using this system its valid and very worthwhile. Be careful not to put too much stock into something just because a pro doe or doesnt do it.

                    Just like Dante says in one of his articles, most pros now are using pump/volume routines and claim that they're getting the best gains in their life when they still look the same year after year. Just because someone is a pro doesn't mean they know what they're doing. Volume training still works, but most guys, before turning pro, used very similar concepts to DC training in that they used heavy ass weights, lower volume, tons of food to grow.

                      I use to train with a guy that could throw the discus like no one I ever saw. I asked him his techniques etc. He had NADA! Just able to throw it far, regardless. Same with some pros. And some could stand to use a more efficient system but lets not name names.

                          I tried so hard not to bring it up in the pro forum today where some douche bag was saying that you will overtrain if you use low reps, and that pump workouts are what builds muscle. I didn't bring ti up because...you know...of the pros and stuff, LOL

                              USmuscle, we don't use low reps anyway do we?? Not like 10+ reps are low here.

                              Just low volume high frequancy

                              The crazy thing is Ronnie uses, high reps, high volume, high frequancy, and extreamly heavy weights.

                              He could probably do a 2 way DC split 3 times a week. What an alien!!

                              His only limit it that the gym doesn't have heavy enough weight. lol
