Hey everyone whats up. Just got home from the gym and I had the best workout of my life. I just hack squatted 320 for a set of 20. I am completely shot. I actaully cam home and threw up lol. WOW what a workout. Also remember only 10 or so weeks ago I was squatting 135 becasue of my hurt knee. WOOHOOO
