  • training stopped

Well guys went to the doctor and I do have a hernia he is getting me in around the first week of NOV to have it fixed. But in the mean time I am still training DC style just not balls out and no deads or squats just doing high reps and getting that deep burn in the muscles. sucks because I was only on my 3rd workout when this happend (not because of the workouts) I am comming off all super supps but staying on GH to help recovery and keep some muscle mass. The doctor said being that I am taking care of this early I should be back to 100% in 6 weeks MAX he said it will take 4 weeks to heal fully but with the GH I see happening sooner. I am also going to get back on test and EQ right after surgery at low doses.

But I am still doing to go by what DC layed out for me the doctor just said take it easy and dont push to hard untill I get this fixed. there are other ways to bring the intensty up without going heavy. 100 reps on everything might do it. LOL

I will be back and better than ever and well on my way to 300lbs come the first of the year its GAME ON!!!

pumped did you find it hard to find a doctor that u could talk super supps with? U said you'd heal faster from the GH, most doctor I think would be opposed to patients supp use.

damn sorry to hear that pumped.

dont be so over zealous that you come back before you are healed.

i know you are stoked to get on to adding more mass for next year but being injured longer than necessary wont help.

        good luck with the recovery.

              PUMPED,

Sorry to hear about the final diagnosis.

Just make sure that you maintain continuous breathing when you are lifting. No Valsalva maneuvers (holding your breath) at the end of sets, etc. This is what increases intraabdominal pressure and is what likely brought on your hernia...

I agree about healing properly, you don't want this too carry on for longer than it has to.
