this is thew third week of DC training
so far
A) girl at work said I was gaining weight, I asked good or bad she said good
B) my wife asked if I was on any super sups
C) noticed more lat width
D) my freind at work calls me "the eating machine" :dcchomp:
other than that my bodyweight has gone up 2+ lbs
and the composition gotten better
people at work and at home have noticed a change in me that is probably due to the training, could be self-esteam or confidence, but definatly something
I like the workouts alot, they are short but extreem high intensity, I look forward to pushing the weight as hard as I can and beating the log book
I will keep posting progress and in the future maybe some pics if I can
