  • oh sh!t...forgot the logbook!!!!!

I got to the gym yesterday, all set to go, reach into my bag for my wrist wraps & put them on, reach in for my mp3 player and strap it on, reach in for my logbook.....OMG where's my logbook???!?!?!?!?!?
I had such a feeling of panic fall over me, I knew it was home next to the pc and I almost drove back home to get it!! (about a 10 min drive)
But then I realized that I'm just getting back into a new blast anyway so I was just going to have to estimate my starting numbers anyhow.
To make a short story long, it worked out well, I estimated the correct poundages to get the job done and wrote it in the back of KRL's logbook to transcribe over to mine when I got home!
    "...because I won't accept that I can't."

Kidrock, I had the same thing happen to me once, and I had my sister, when I was living at home, tell me over the phone what my lifts were in my log book, and wrote them on a scrap piece of paper, no way was I gonna drive 30min back to get it, then 30min bakc to the gym. LOL.

Good thinkg its still worked out for ya!

The last time I did that my training partner and I kept estimating a lot higher than what we were actually doing - and getting really mad when on a couple of things we couldn't get enough reps... when I got home and looked in the book I found out we totally blew away a couple of lifts, and the ones we failed on we had accidentally added 20-40 pounds! *lol* discount code: AAL229 saves you 5%
