I havn't posted in forever(not that I posted a lot in the first place) but I have been busy with College and extra curricular stuff, my life has been hectic as hell these last few months.
The first month of school doing DC training was going awesome... getting stronger everday... the more I train this way the more I like it. Anyway... on Oct 1st about two weeks ago I had gyno surgory because I've struggled with gyno it all through adolescence and I fucking hated it. Recovery is going good and I'm dying to get back to training... I just started some light cardio yesterday. I'm very pleased with the results so far and can't wait to diet down and not have my nipples pitching tents.
Anyways I'm sick of rambling... how much you weigh these days FH? Still cutting Allen? IH how is the diet going... still planning on the show? TPC still spilling protein everywhere and blaming it on Dante lol?
Lift heavy and eat heavier. If there's one thing I'm learning at college, it's that being huge kicks ass.
