  • Bicep problem

    Ok, my three exercises for bi's are alt. db curls/incline db curls/db preachers

    Now my problem is with the db preachers. The problem is that my right is alittle stronger than my left, so how should i rp this? Should i first rp with my left than rp with my right but do the exact same reps until my left catches up in strength?

    I'd just do whatever you can with both arms. They should even out eventually. My right arm's a little stronger than my left as well.

        Alright, so just start with my left, even though my right will get alittle more reps on rp.

            Lol, ok i dont want to sound like a bother but i just want to get this straight. I know my right arm will beat my left with a couple of reps even if i start with my left. But the next time i try to beat my logbook should i still try and beat last times right arm rp, and continue?

                    Start with your weaker arm and do the same number of reps with your stronga arm as you get with your weaker one....

                      Ok perfect, so i think il start with my left arm for 11-15 rp, then do the same with my right but if i know i will be able to get more reps with my right, then il just do 2 mini sets for my right instead of 3.
