    Here we go again with people "TWEAKING" the program needlessly. I posted this as a response to a thread at MM and thought I would share it with you good people here.

    Silee, consider this please. Dante is always SHARING all his knowledge on the subjects of "eating and training". Not only on this board but others. He does it for free, on his own time and just to help people out.

    He only asks one thing.

    All he asks is that if someone is going to apply "some" of his applications from his program, and not all, THAT YOU DON'T PUT HIS NAME TO IT!!

    Do you think he has that right?

    I KNOW HE DOES!

    Silee, we (I'm speaking for others again) want Dante to keep coming to "the boards" and sharing with us all. We like his company. If the guy only asks one thing, well, WE RESPECT THAT.

    As of this moment your program is just that, "SILEE'S PROGRAM."

            It is inevitable that people will come about trying to increase the workload or modify a training style. Why? Because they think well if this works good then if i do more then i'll get huge in 2 weeks. :chair:

              I agree but I am in the process of moving that thread out of the DC section and agree anyone can do anything they want and adapt it...but as was said please don't use attach DC to it.
              Modified routines make me wanna throw up after reading them additionally those threads that people wanna bulk but cut and get strong but gain endurance just make my head spin.

                  Sorry MG, but I was getting a sense that it was starting over here, just a little bit.

                  Since we send people back and forth between the two sites (they both have good info on them), I didn't realize it was a concern. I wasn't picking on mm! I read it a lot. We know you do an excellent job modding over there!!! I didn't know that you wanted to move it either.

                  Even though I might have seemed harsh with my response (?) I didn't mean for it to be too negative. I wanted to point out, rather that the point being in people changing it and putting D's name on it. It was my way of trying to stop the (new) people's direction, before it started.

                  Simply saying that, "Fine, you don't want to take most people's words that the program is as effective as it's going to get, just don't change it and put Dante's name on it!"

                  I know you have to deal with stuff like this and worse all the time and can appreciate what you go through. Trying to help there and here, that's all!

                        Jim no reason to apologize...I can click off the thread..I was justa lil irritated after reading another assclowns "DC is good..but I can make it better!" routine bullskitty.
                        Every site get littered with those posts including this one...I get PM's all the time with contest diets and DC work outs...or people building something into it and wanting me or others to Bless it as ok.
                        I get 2-3 PM's a week..."does Dc training work? If so please tell me about it..."

                        I see your point and really appreciate what you do you are the happy medium at times on both sites and a class act. So I should apologize to you fro my out burst...

                        I told silee to start a journal in the journal thread section and out line his program....
                        I am still waiting on tank..thieleaux's from MM program that was a better way then DC from months back.

                          I really have no opinion either way on this as far as what anyone wants to say on those threads....some people accuse me of having no give and that I try to run the DC thing like an ass with no budge at all--but the bottom line is this has my name on it and I take it very personally when someone doesnt gain using my methods..very personally...thats where my ego is centered in all this. Nothing is more dissapointing to me though than someone having no problem at all on a board saying "I tried DC training and it didnt work for me" when I know they "clusterfucked it" and did their own thing like this Silee guy is doing. Its a tough line to ride, do I go on every one of those posts and say "That aint my f&^*ing training so dont use my name on it!" or do I do what Inhuman and Doug tell me to do--that I should really just ignore it and say nothing because it will be an endless battle---and the smart people will figure out the deal

                            DC i really think that you do have the right to get pissed off about people using your methods and not gaining when there really not your methods at all. You are doing the right thing. I mean i am doing my first blast now and am about 5 weeks into it and at the end of the first month i was up 15 pounds. If I can be up 15 pounds in a month with no increase in bodyfat than it is not a terribly hard thing to do and your program obviously works. This is what people dont get they need to stick to something for more than 5 minutes to see results. DC maybe its just that the whole world now has ADD. Sorry for the rant lol

                              I'd do the latter, unfortunately some people DON'T want to listen so why waste the time? All the information is out there so if someone choses to read it then go their own way then I would be inclined to say "best of luck" to them and leave it at that.
