  • extreme streching help with scar tissue

i few months ago i pulled my suraspinatis,i had alot of swelling around my shoulder blade up my trap to my ear.now every night it would get pulled and start over again.my docter gave me "mobic"for the swelling.my question is i know deep tissue massage will help with the scar tissue as will a.r.t but what about extreme streching won't this help break up some adhesions in the muscle.and help with the healing as i also have alot of stiffness.thanks

Sure it will, it depends how much scaring there is, the longer the scaring is there the less blood flow you have so it must be broken up with massage, but trust me, Extreme Stretches has fixed if not improved some very serious injuries I have had nagging me for years. Electrostimulation and Ultrasound are very good ways to beat this along with whirlpools at 52 degrees...
