decline bench..? Hammer strength(dec,inc,flat)..? Weighted dips..?

Lastly pushups with the heaviest guy in your gym on top of you..

ditch flatbench, i would say incline bp, decline bp, or you could use any form of hammer press for chest,,, if you use db make sure the reps stay between 15-30

I have incline DB in my exercise rotation but I am only doing straight sets...I figured 12 reps should be good a number..should I raise it?

I would stick with 12 reps, that sounds good.
