At a "Cross-roads" of sorts.....for the initial run through DC I kept the reps rest paused around 13-18ish. Then for my 2nd run through I lowered the reps rest paused down to 7-12.
Took a break week and am rearing to go, but I can't decide; should I go with the heavier weight and lower reps paused, or lighter weight and higher reps rest paused. Both gave excellent gains, so it's not as simple as 1 sucks, the other owns.
Opinions?
