  • Can anyone explain extreme stretching??

    What is the theory behind the extreme stretching? What is it supposed to accomplish? I understand all of DC's training philosophies, but I don't understand how the extreme weighted stretching will effect the physiology of the muscle and aid in growth/recovery.

    The stretching will stretch your fascia and bring blood and nutrients into the muscle to aid in growth and revovery.

      For your interest... a couple of years ago I spoke with a doctor who swore he gained 1/2" on his calves IN ONE DAY!!! The reason? Fascia stretching. He kindly offered me a free session so I could learn the technique, unfortunately he resides in the USA and I'm in Australia, still his message wasn't lost on me.

          I have already seen a rounder/fuller appearance in my chest from my first 4-week blast! It definitely does something unique to ones body. I can't wait to see what happens on the next... then the next... then...
