Ok everyone, let's get creative and help me figure out what to bring with me to work to eat.
I need to eat 2 times at work, and both times preferbly lots of protein (duh) and lots of good, clean carbs.
Now, I have no microwave, or stove or anything, I'm in my fed-ex truck, and I'm sick of spending 9 bucks at subway for a double meat chicken breast on wheat (even though it's so damn good), and I don't like regular deli meat sandwiches.
So any and all Ideas are welcome, really need some help figuring this out, I hate relying on shakes for protein when I could have whole food.
