    C'mon, I'm certain if we all participate here and maybe even offer him cash incentives ( )he'll share more new exercises.

    Tried out the 'new' high pulley row and loved it.

      as soon as I get a chance hyp3r3--a free hour or so --ill try my best to put some exercises on here for you. I believe you asked about chest, do you know about this one?

      Chest fly pushpress---on an old pec dec machine with the pads (not the cylindercle handles) make it into a power exercise. Arch your back, stick your chest out and put the palms of your hands on the pads near the bottom with all fingers facing outward. You should stive for the deepest stretch at the beginning of the movement, in fact your training partner might have to help you get into it by pulling on one of the pads to get you started on the first rep and each rest pause. Dont even think of this as a fly movement, turn this into a power press exercise with a 15-20 rep rest pause--power the handles together like your pressing dumbells on a flat bench

        Dante, when you can get some time, do you have anything particularly nasty for biceps?
        ain't it the shit? Just wait til you guys/gals see some of the strength jumps lol..and the size you put on!

                        Hey guys.. think we've gotta give the big guy some time.. doesn't look too good that we're 'demanding' so much from someone who've already given us so much.. dante'll write up something when he's free i believe.

                        Remember guys, its not to that large an extent what exercise we do but how far we push ourselves during our workouts.. rape that log, ass to the grass and eat like a friggin pig.. EAT EAT EAT!

                        (sorry if i offended anybody, dante included.. jsut my 2 cents..)

                              ... do you think you could get someone to draw these on paint or something like that? make them a gif image? i can understand them for the most part, but its kinda hard to get the whole idea in just words.. if someone has the time or anything that would be oh so amazing.
