    Hey Dante, just wondering if you had an update on that guy you mentioned in CFP. Something about you being sure you would take him to 300lbs, hows it going or if you got him there when did he get there?

    one more thing, whats the ideal usage of glutamine for someone who is aiming to aid his recovery. Lets say hypothetically he is 220lbs 6'2

    ive searched the forums and have found nothing on dosing, except for one guy does 10g before his workouts and before bed.

    Glutamine for me is this:15g (1tbspn) in the AM,PWO and before bed.....I've been known to throw some in my pre-workout shake too

      Rolands about 260lbs and working for trueprotein now...we had to stop training together a while back because of my schedule and I see when he doesnt train with me he kind of stays the same and doesnt change .....but trust me he will get an earful of my rants and ravings as Doug does too

        LOL, while 260 aint no lightweight, im sure just one of your rants could put another 20lbs on him

        oh and FH cheers for the insight to your glutamine usuage. Just bought 20kg of wheyc and 4kg of glutamine, time to put to use
