  • To the bone!!!

    Hey, am I alone here? Today, two days after training my triceps they are still deeply fatigued and aching TO THE BONE!!! It isn't isolated to just my tris either as each bodypart I attack has this follow-up ache. Now don't get me wrong I love this as it let's me know I've trashed what I set out to trash, I was just wondering if other DCer's get the same effects?
    No-one trains HARDER!!

    yep i get it especially in the lower back, tris, quads and chest

        Good... I knew I wasn't suffering alone! Now the problem lays in how best to not bend or move the parts in agony!

              Oh you can have it InHuman... even now I still feel it in my calves and that was 9 days ago! I too enjoy the suffering as with suffering comes rewards!!! =))

                See this is why you need to pick up your eating man, you must get the protein down so you can recoup quicker. I know we are born with our recouperation abilities but you can open that envelope a bit father...

                  Ok thanks for the tip... I start my cruise now for a fortnight but when I begin blast #2 I will be sure to eat more protein. I want that 250# soooooo bad, I will do anything to get there!
                  Oh, and after watching the Ruhl dvd it makes you feel like you've never touched a weight. =*((

                      I jus did the first workout from a new blast yesterday. And yes i am in alot of pain. my chest, shoulders, triceps, back. Its all stiff tight and sore. Feels like i woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

                        Yeah IH 2 weeks is a fortnight. That is the way it supposed to be done... right? 4 weeks blasting and 2 repairing. Asim, oh the joy of starting a new blast. Nothing like that crippling effect that lets you know you've done the job. I have that joy coming... soon! =O
