Hey, am I alone here? Today, two days after training my triceps they are still deeply fatigued and aching TO THE BONE!!! It isn't isolated to just my tris either as each bodypart I attack has this follow-up ache. Now don't get me wrong I love this as it let's me know I've trashed what I set out to trash, I was just wondering if other DCer's get the same effects?

Ok thanks for the tip... I start my cruise now for a fortnight but when I begin blast #2 I will be sure to eat more protein. I want that 250# soooooo bad, I will do anything to get there!
Oh, and after watching the Ruhl dvd it makes you feel like you've never touched a weight. =*((No-one trains HARDER!!

Yeah IH 2 weeks is a fortnight. That is the way it supposed to be done... right? 4 weeks blasting and 2 repairing. Asim, oh the joy of starting a new blast. Nothing like that crippling effect that lets you know you've done the job. I have that joy coming... soon! =ONo-one trains HARDER!!
