    You guys are a bad influence! I haven't drank tea in like 36 years and have kept away from protein supplements for at least 12, yet here I am 4-weeks into this DC torture and I have bought my first ever pack of tea [green of course], and am drinking 2-4 whey protein drinks a day! See what effects you guys are having on me! You should be ashamed... especially when I reach the 250# I have always dreampt of and fulfill my dreams.

            Well by the sounds of what I've read/researched this really has a LOT going for it! Plus, as I am about to begin my 2-week cruise I could do with some "hardeing up", so I can't wait to get into it.

                        Thanks for the reminder InHuman. I am trying, our fridge was full of meat just last week and my wife was thrilled she'd bought so much at a bargain... now it's nearly empty. I am entering my cruise now so while cutting back I can get my wife to restock I guess... then in 2-weeks it's chow-time again!
