  • Breaking Blood Vessels Training

I've never worn or plan to wear gloves. I don't have a "Clotting Disorder". Every time I Train I keep breaking f***in Blood Vessels in my fingers. I have to tape my fingers now when I Train and Play Hockey. WTF?

Well Chuck, I would say its just part of getting old, but you are not even getting close yet...Maybe try the gloves?

Thanks, I'll just continue to tape them. I have to feel the Bar. Sounds weird, but It just doesn't feel right with gloves on. I don't wrap my thumbs around the Bar on most exercises and doing this with gloves on feels un-natural (for me anyway).

war wounds my friend. I have a few on my arms.

Here of late I have actually been getting these little bruises all over the areas I train. Mainly my arms and shoulders. The doc told me that it is trauma from lifting. I guess that is a good sign that I am lifting hard enough,,, LOL.....

I have a few on my arms also. It doesnt bother me, means I am training. I gues you might just go ahead and try the gloves. ( like noone else has said that ! )
