thats #1 on my list. pertty kool because I dont really have to work so it give me all the time in the world to just grow. I have been slacking well not really slacking but just taking it easy and getting this out of the way so I could give DC 110%

guys this is really pumping me up. I have been back and forth with DC for months and now it comes down to show time. last show skip got me in at 239lbs so DC and I are going to work hard to get my bodyweight up to 300lbs before I start prep agian. Got to 280 last year on my own so 20 more is (should) a pice of cake.

P, I wanted to say I was disappointed with my training with DC, I think I only gained 20-22 lbs of muscle in 6 months, what a shame huh, yea I gained 4 lbs the year before working out 312 times and the year before that 5 lbs with 316 workouts, with DC I trained 78 times in 6 months, so you get ready to add some strength and mass like you have never done before...
