    Ok DC! This shit is kicking as! Yeah, my fucking calves are about 19"! They have been gorwing like CRAZZZZY! My arms are as well. My back? Yeah. Pretty much everything is going up. It's odd. I am using weights I could do while I was on steroids Granted I never did anyt heavy cycles but this is nice.
    No, my shoulders and chest are still beat up and healing.

    Tam my finace is kicking ASS BIG TIME! Today she started repping 135 on squats for the first time! She is getting so strong and lean. She is getting alot of compliments from people at work. She has great genetics for big biceps which is showing! Pretty damn cool. When I asked her if she wanted to switch training she said "NO WAY!"

    Thanks again for this site and the time that you guys take to make this all happen.

          Yeah, I am forced to tweak it alot because of equipment and injuries but since sticking with it, its really working. I can only imgagine ince I am better how things well exponentially increase.

            Chronic tendonitis, torn rotator cuffs and some other damage that I am getting an MRI for.

              You do what you need to do to work around those injuries, we all have problems, and the reason I was the way before about the program and sticking to it as laid out is I want everyone to know the basics and as you get into the program in a few months you will find what you need to do to make it work right, but first the guide lines are set to get everyone started out correctly...

                          Future give us an idea of exercises or grooves (incline, decline, flyes etc) you can do for shoulders and chest that you can do according to your injuries and maybe we can put our heads together and get something to gether for you on those bodyparts

                            Thus far I can do VERY light weights on most things but once I actually do anything on substance its impossible. I can do Icarian flyes but with limited range of motion. Declines are about the most possible but again I can't go very heavy and I have to use dumbells. Oddly I am able to do front raises to a degree but that is about it. Laterals as so so. Presses overhead feel like bone is grinding on itself. It's depressing becuase my shoulders use to be such a strong suit and the last 2 years they have just really gotten so bad.

                              Have you looked into an ART practionor at all? these people sometimes do wonders and no doubt its going to be painful in your case but Ive seen some stories so far where people were amazed
