  • Rack lockouts?

    Has anybody done rack lockouts for a tricep movement? If so, how low (hehe, i guess in this case it would be how high) do you recommend setting the safety catches?

    It depends on you but usually about the top 1/3 of the press.

        and I cant find that exercise...

        Can you describe it? or Is it just another name for halfpresses for triceps?
