  • cramps and pulls

    Hey bros whats up. I was jsut wondering what you guys thought about this. All week I have been getting terrible cramps and pulled muscles in my legs. Anyone know of anything I can do because it is so painful and has stopped me fro mlifting all week.

      about a gallon a day actually that could be it I have been slacking a little.

        Well the more knowledgeable guys will have an idea. Usually lack of water, and either sodium, or potassium i cant remember which.

          YEa I will try to drink some more water. ALso I have been waiting to do my leg workout, but it doesnt look like it will work out should I jsut wait until my legs ar ebetter or should I skip them and do upper body

            GR, asim is smarter than he seems, you are lacking in Electrolytes, Potassium, Calcuim, Maganese and the main thing is water, you must consume some serious water...

              Ok IH thanks alot i am going to the gym to do upper body now cduz I need to workout and I will keep you guys updated later on with how its going.

                If your body just loses 5% of its water it is dehydrated, cold water or fluids are best for Gastric Emtying, about 8 oz for every 15 minutes of very strenous exercise will keep you hydrated while working out...

                  Your comment makes me wanna learn more about nutrition and the body because im actually not that smart, but i'd like to learn everything to know about this stuff.

                    OK I took a ton of electrolytes before and keep drinking lots of water and it is getting a little better.
