    I don't remember my first crap session but my Mom said it really stunk! *crickets* Good luck with the training man. Exercise NO caution, as puking may occur. By the way, that is an awesome avatar there Cap'n!

        I loved the workout
        I just started to lift again after a motorcross
        accident that tore my spinal erectors so the weight wasnt
        what it used to be, but it was really rough and very intense
        and felt great to be back battling the weights

            I always have that funny not so good feeling after the workout or even during the sets with hammercurls and legs exercises, u gota love that "feeling"! when u finish

              i just started too..sometimes i felt good..at times i don't..especially when doing stuff like bench press..and whenever my stronger side takes over the load most of the time..it really suck..i'm trying to work on my form..so as not to get a lop sided muscle group..
              Your Training is Brutal..But the Side Effects Shouldn't be..
