I was having a discussion with one of my friends about how much height difference and being shorter helps when it comes to moving weight. he seemed to think it made a big difference(he is 6 foot 5, 230) Does anyone know of any good articles that address this? How much does height really effect this ability? Obviously someone taller has to move weight further than someone shorter with the same amount of reps and I would assume taller people have longer muscles?
