Hi fello DCers
If you read one of my threads the other day I said that I "butchered" the order of the exercises on legs/lower day so as lower back pain (muscle achiness) wouldnt effect my squats.
So today I did the order of exercises as Dante prescribes, but couldnt help thinking that my back was fatiguing 1st (and it was front squats!)(Ham exericse was SLDL---hence fatiguing my lower back)
I dont really want to go back to my own order as its recommended that you follow the program to the T---I got no problem with that.
Therefore my question is:
If I continue as I am doing, and just ride the pain a few weeks/months, will my lower back build up a certain tolerance to a degree that it no longer is the limiting factor on legs day?? (aka increase its short term recovery abilty)
Any help MUCH appreciated
