  • Book?

Just wondering....so many are waiting for DC to put out a book which I"m guessing isn't going to happen......ohh well. Anyways since I"m new to this board I thought I'd open with a question:

If you guys could recommend any bodybuilding book as a general guideline on training what would it be? Can't wait to see some of the answers for this one. Here's my personal recommendation:

Beyond Brawn - Stuart McRobert Maybe a little simplistic but if more people stuck to these methods there would be a whole lot more muscle in the world.

The Bodybuilder's Nutrition Book by Franco Columbu. He doesn't eat for hell but it's still an interesting read.

since he brought up other than bodybuilding reading....the seventh book of the Dark Tower series is out now! the final book of Stephen King's greatest lifes work. if any of you are Stephen King readers, every book he writes is just a sidespin book off of this Dark Tower story.

just a lil' FYI for all yall readers.....

How about "telling your friends that you did incredible things with her and hoping she doesn't bitch slap you silly in front of them" :Punch:

honestly I have learned more from reading on the boards than I ever did from any book... Dorian Yates books are the closest thing to what I would call a rational thought in bodybuilding literature,, but I say the best thing is to get your hands on as much shit as you can a learn that way.
I do not condone the use of anabolic steroids or any illegal drug, any information discussed is for educational purposes only.
