    ok guys... ive been working with dante the past 6 weeks, and ive seen amazing gains, and too my knowledge i have been pushing my ass to the limit.. im all shaking like a damn leaf in a hurricane during my RP sets, my sets of 20 are ass to the grass and hardcore... until this morning...
    wtf is all i have to say... i mean im ecstatic about it, but at the same time i dont understand. i was doing leg press... and well, i was going thru my normal warmup/work sets, and i got to what i thought was going to be my last workset at 540 lbs. (no laffing IH) but after 4 reps i continued... and did my 20 repper at 540 lbs. last week i did my set of 20 at 320... this makes me wonder, a lot about what my true potential is...

    but on the other hand it could be that my quads are growning much faster than the rest of my body, and im drama-fying the situation... im just a lil confused thats all

    im just kind of venting so ya know... :showoff:

    All I can say woot is congrats and you must be eating right!

    I can relate, some exercises we're lucky to add 10 pounds to but others, specially back and legs, we can throw on a whole bunch of weight.
