I refer a lot of people to True Protein.
The main questions I get are on the flavoring.
I usually advise them to e mail Dante/TPC and they can get the exact forumlation taste they want.
But lately I have been recommending what I DO.
I get mine unflavored. This way I can make a triple strength shake and not GAG and just add the plain-almost tasteless powder to either Crystal light or in other cases a treat for me Carb Solutions Chocolate milk-which is low carb, sugar free and high protein already with casein and whey added to boost content.
the vast majority of posts I have seen over the years on message boards is about Juice. Everyone wants advice about juice which is the last thing we need if everything is in place.
Nutrition to me is very very high on the list and the # 1 complaint I see with people is "I can't eat enough."
VERY Very easy to get in 4-600 grams of protein a day.
For me it's usually 7-800, and 5 shakes-2 daily, 1 night time and 2 -1 PRE and 1 Post work out plus 4-5 solid meals daily.
One tip is to mix a "shake" with crystal light and use it as your drink with a meal..automatically upping the protein content of your meal without making you puke.
